SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS

For the successful implementation of our Child Protection Policy and the Parish Policies for the Protection of Vulnerable Adults, every adult in our church community is expected:

• To take all children, young persons and vulnerable adults seriously, and to treat them with dignity;
• At all times to safeguard children, young persons and vulnerable adults;
• To inform a Parish Safeguarding Officer or the Benefice Safeguarding Co-Ordinator promptly of any concern which he or she has about the welfare of any child, young person or vulnerable adult within our church community.
